The double sized lanai…ours is the largest in the complex…. is surrounded by multihued, vibrant flowers and lush green foliage. From it watch a breathtaking sunrise every morning over Haleakala, one of Hawaii's oldest volcanoes. When it’s time to cool off it’s just a few steps from the condo into the waves, then go on a snorkeling adventure to seek out green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish right out front. When you’re done, rinse off using the beach side shower. Or just relax and enjoy your favorite drink by the pool on one of the chaise lounges provided for every guest. During winter you can watch the seasonal migration of the humpback whales from you own lanai.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautiful. The condo sleeps up to six guests. Both bedrooms are full-sized "traditional" bedrooms with locking doors (they are not lofts or have sliding screens offering no privacy). The king size master bed 'adjusts' to each guests desired firmness or softness through the use of dual remotes. You’ll love sleeping on this bed!. No more back aches from a too firm or too soft mattress. The master bedroom room is decorated in the hues of the ocean. It has dark bamboo and wicker furniture, white slat window blinds and divine bedding. There are huge windows facing out to the beach on both sides of this large corner bedroom. The views are stunning. There is cable TV and a VCR player. Search the master bedroom closet and you will find folding beach chairs, an ice-chest, mats and beach towels for a picnic on the beach or that drive to Heavenly Hana.

The master bath has an over sized, large tiled shower that will accommodate a wheel chair. It has both a wall mounted and convenient hand held showerhead. We have provided luxurious hotel quality towels and bath rugs. The colors and the décor are soft and refreshing. The ceiling fan will keep you cool and dry. The second bath has an enclosed, full-size tub and a shower. It too has been updated and elegantly decorated including framed art on the walls, soft plush towels and rugs and a cooling ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a second king size bed. It has attractive wicker and bamboo furniture, new oak wood slat blinds and new elegant tropical designer bedding. New wall décor using hand carved seahorses adds a nice touch to the room. There are wonderful views of the pool area and the beach. It also has a television with cable.

The dining area provides seating for six at a lovely glass top, rattan table. The fabric on the recently upholstered chairs is very elegant. Attractive artwork on the walls and a hand carved wood framed mirror add to the stylish design of the room. A lovely display cabinet eloquently decorated containing glass shelves and three drawers adds to the beauty of the dining area. The shelves have a pair of exquisite hand finished bookends holding current paperback novels and books for your reading pleasure. Above the dining table is the same designer styled ceiling fan as in the living room. It has “leaf shaped” mahogany blades, a polished nickel light fixture with decorator globes. We have not forgotten the children. We want the kids to have a wonderful time too. A search of the drawers in the dining area’s display cabinet reveals exciting things for them. We have purchases all sorts of games (the adults can play too) and a variety of movies for all different ages. Some are DVD and some are on VHS. Since there is a DVD player in the living room and a VHS in the master bedroom two different movies can be viewed at the same time. No fighting over what to watch. Also, to ensure that they won't feel left out, there are cable TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We know you are all on vacation but children tend to get bored and we want them to enjoy their vacation as much as the adults.

The living room has a lovely queen size sofa that makes into a bed and sleeps two. It has a matching love seat. Bamboo and glass tables, elegant lamps, and a relaxing armchair with an ottoman completes the look. An exquisite designer style ceiling fan adds light and cooling air to the room. There is large, attractive bamboo and wicker shelf unit that holds a TV w/cable, a DVD player, VCR player, CD stereo player with speakers, mantel clock and decorator pieces. All rooms including the bathrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and refreshed. And if that is not enough to keep you cool the condo has new air conditioning.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils and appliances you would ever need to prepare a wonderful meal. It has been updated and now has a new sink, faucet, hardware, ceiling lights, oak slat window blind, and paint. Cabinets were removed to allow you to view the ocean while you cook. There is a large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Expresso maker, toaster, electric blenders (2), and electric can opener. Unlike other properties our condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit so you don't have to waste time running back and forth to a "community laundry facility". The condo is fully stocked with linens extra sheets, towels, placemats, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and any other amenity you might need. If you enjoy barbecuing, there are four BBQ grills located next to the pool; two charcoal and two gas. Too tired to cook? There are four highly rated restaurants just down the road, all with amazing views of the harbor and ocean.

Wheel Chair Accessible. All doorways and the master shower have been widened and enlarged to provide easy access in and out. Handicap and regular Parking is provided close to the condo, a ground floor unit.
