conditioned, corner condo. This beautiful vacation accommodation
is rented-out by the owner.
There are breath taking,
180-degree, unobstructed views from the double sized lanai
(largest in the complex), and the front master bedroom's
wall-to-wall windows. Even standing in the kitchen affords
you a view of the ocean.
Over 1,050 square
feet of tropical and elegant décor. The soft island colors
are reflected in this lovely condo, with newer upholstery
fabrics on the dining room chairs, sofa, loveseat and occasional
chair. Decorator paint colors, carpeting, mirrored walls,
window blinds, updated kitchen counters, a bamboo bar front,
designer ceiling fans, nickel plated hardware, lamps, bedding,
towels and wall décor make this a romantic get-away.
For your comfort, you
will find remote controlled air, six cooling ceiling fans
(even one in each bathroom and bedroom), and a portable
dehumidifier. There are three TV's, two DVD players, free
wireless Internet, a full size kitchen with all appliances
and an in-unit washer & dryer. This condo comfortable sleeps
six adults with children. It has a $2600 "Select Comfort"
adjustable king Bed. There are newer Pillow-top mattresses
on the twins. The Queen sleeper has a newer mattress and
we also have a portable crib.
We have spent thousands
of dollars to furnish and decorate our beach front condo
to enhance your vacation stay. It is very personal and special
to us. We have worked hard to keep it beautiful and updated
for our family and our guests.

The
Kana’i A Nalu Condominium complex is considered to be
one of the best properties in the Ma’alaea Bay area.
The drive from the Kahului airport is only 12 minutes on a
new 4-lane highway. Kana’i A Nalu has a large, fresh
water swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. It is one
of the few pools that are heated during winter for your swimming
enjoyment. Chaise lounges are provided for all guests. Lovely
Polynesian style tropical grounds with fragrant flowers and
manicured lawns remind you that you are truly in Paradise.
The grounds include a large 
BBQ
area, featuring two charcoal and two gas BBQs with a pool
side eating area. There is a beachside shower to rinse off
after your afternoon swim. Parking is provided close to each
unit. While most of the Ma’alaea Bay properties are on
a "reef" with no beach, we are directly on a sandy
beach called Sugar Beach that stretches over five miles toward
the town of Kihei. The building is located on the 'dead-end'
street of Hauoli. Traffic is very limited. The area is very
secluded and quiet. At the very end of the street is a small
beach side park with wooden picnic 
tables
and beach showers. This is a very special place. Only the
locals know about it. Taking a morning walk on the beach and
you may not run into another person, it's that private. If
you're looking to avoid the bumper-to-bumper traffic of Honolulu,
the crowded beaches of Waikiki, or a resort where there are
large groups of people everywhere, then this is the vacation
